We as RiseUp4Rojava organized ourselves collectively to join the demonstration called by DK on the occasion of the first century of the imperialist treaty of Lausanne.

To join the internationalist bloc, buses and carpools were organized, bringing together 9 nations from 3 continents. Alongside hundreds of internationalist comrades, the bloc also included many Kurds. Songs and slogans were sung and chanted in many languages, including Kurdish. On arrival at the bus station, the participants gathered to form a procession to the starting point of the demonstration. As we passed, many people made the victory sign and then joined the ranks of the procession. Right from the start, banners in support of the Rojava revolution and the guerrilla movement were put out. Other banners bore inscriptions against Turkish fascism.

During the demonstration, within the internationalist procession, members of the RiseUp4Rojava network declared through determinate speech their total support for the guerrilla but also against Turkish fascism and its incessant attacks. The demonstration was a great success, bringing together several thousand people alongside the Kurdish community who had come from all over Europe to denounce this infamous imperialist treaty.
